The Gundam Base Tokyo

The Gundam Base Tokyo is the official Gunpla centre on the 7th floor of DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, where you can buy, build and look at Gundam model kits, with finished models on display. The life-size Unicorn Gundam statue outside the mall ended its run on 31 August 2026.
Insider tip
There's a smaller Annex shop on the 2nd floor, mostly kits and Gundam souvenirs. The store warns that entry can be limited when it's crowded. Tokyo Teleport station on the Rinkai Line is the closest.

A hands-on special exhibition about transforming yourself through AI, avatars and robots, where you can try on a different body or feel your senses shift. It also looks at transformation as anime and film have shown it.
